[Bug]: Deep Learner not Learning

What happened?

I am aware of the issue where mob kills don't track properly using the deep learner, when it is in the curio slot, so I use It in the off hand. When I enchanted my unobtanium sword with:

Sharpness VIII
Looting VII
Life Stealing V
Frostbite VIII
Tombstone Soulbound
Decrepitude XI

The deep learner stopped tracking kills completely. I also made sure that I was getting credit for the kill using a scoreboard:
/scoreboard objectives add kills minecraft.custom:minecraft.mob_kills

And found that I was getting credit for the kills, but not getting data in the deep learner for that mob. My best guess is that there is a conflict between the enchantments and the deep learner.

If the decrepitude enchant gets the last hit the deep learner doesn't track that kill. you can work around this by using a weapon with an execute or by using decrepitude 9 and using a second weapon without it to finish the mob off.
