Двойное нажатие F11 (переключиться в полноэкранный режим и обратно) не сохраняет размер окна. Нижняя граница окна смещается на несколько пикселей вниз.

Issue is still here (it is LCL issue). it was looked as fixed after I set define LCLRealFormBounds, but that was very bad attempt - it caused regression #5793 .
