there is an issue open in the vim repository, to distribute more colorschemes with Vim. Would you kindly give your permission to distribute this colorscheme with Vim?

@chrisbra I would be honored. What can I do to help?

Well, I can collect your file and send it to Bram, or you can do it. I would prefer if you can do it, since you know obviously best, when it is kind of stable enough and of course you will know when to send updated themes to Bram for inclusion. If you would like to do it mention that this is for issue 1665 to fix it. thanks!

@chrisbra If Bram decides to add more colorschemes as referenced in the open issue, I'd like to make sure that Alduin has all of the customization instructions embedded into colorscheme file. Kind of like how jnurmine did via his comments within Zenburn. Once done, I'll create a release version, and I'll reply here when it's ready. Thank you Chris

Congratulations Alessandro! As much as I and others love Alduin, this is richly deserved.

If you want to do it, mention the issue 1665 when sending it to Bram. Last Bram said, he would collect them and decide later what to bundle with Vim, so I cannot guarantee that it will be bundled later on.

Would you mind if I contacted the maintainer of neovim and asked them to include it as well?

The corresponding Vim issue vim/vim#1665 is still open. I think several colorschemes have been send to Bram, but he never included them, he got stuck. Not sure what's missing. Perhaps ping for progress on the vim issue.
