Poor contrast for placeholders on Enter manually card data and Dark mode theme

I can scan my credit card or I can fill the data myself.
When I click on “Enter manually” I land to this page.
The problem here is that I cannot read the labels of the fields as the contrast is extremely low.
The labels are there actually, it's just that their color is light.
The problem occours if I set the dark mode
Tested on iOs 13
