[Feature Request] Article Thumbnails

Can you please add the option to show the article thumbnail next to the title.
As, it helps to sort through the on screen text when there is a large number of articles, thanks.

Something like this as an example, but more the middle column not either end:

Thanks for adding this but, the images dont seam to be displayed. I have added a cross comparison with Fluent Reader both using the same feed.

Could you please provide a sample feed link?
There is multiple ways to ship thumnail images in feeds and yours may not follow the specs.

Seems like a bug with the parsing lib. feed-rs/feed-rs#187
I sent a pull request to fix it.
