Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Interpolation of HTML custom elements with other frameworks, testing or documentation, have a dependency on creating a custom element manifest.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for creating a manifest with each version build of a CE.

npx web-component-analyzer src --format json --outFile custom-elements.json

Review how these hooks can be used with Stroybook.
