What happened?

In coral, a superadmin user can see the "Request new topic button" and navigate to the topic creation form. Trying to cretae a topic fails (this is correct behaviour)

What did you expect to happen?

Superadmin users should only be able to see and navigate to UI to administrate a Klaw instance:

  • adding clusters
  • creating environments
  • creating teams
  • adding users
  • editing settings
  • etc.

They are not allowed any of the higher level operation like requesting topics, updating topics etc.
