Suggestion to rename the 'upload layer from remote server' method

Hi team, let me first congratulate you with this plugin, it works quite nicely on some of the sensorthings services i've noticed around.
I've used your tool in an effort to highlight OGC services client support in QGIS.

For consistency and understanding I want to ask you if you can rename your 'upload layer from remote server' method to something more distinguishable, such as Add Sensorthings Layer
