I just added two more examples. There is also the entire document of the old Sedimentation Design Challenge, which is basically just examples. I am not yet sure if that document should be incorporated into the Examples document, or if it should be left separate. @monroews @jillianwhiting thoughts on how the Examples document should be incorporated with the old DC?

I'd see the examples section in each chapter as a place for well defined examples that are done nicely. The old DCs are pretty rough and a longer term dream would be to clean up what is most instructive from those DCs and add them to the examples section.
