a tool for bulk stitch images side by side (2 pages in 1 image)

can you add a tool for stitch images side by side ?
for example we have a manga folder with 100 pages and we want all the images to have two page of manga(like a book or magazine) so we want to make 100 images to 50 images with stitched pages side by side so what I mean is if its possible for you add this function to your app
and if it's ok the opposite of this too to split 50 images which are in book style with 2 pages side by side to 100 single paged images

now it's possible to do this stitch and split one by one with your tool or photoshop but what I'm asking for is something to do this in a bulk way (all the images in the folder at the same time)
