[ECP-8886] Improvement - Card component reset's after selecting shipping method

Describe the improvement
After selecting a shipping method the card component will reload and reset the data of the card component. This is bad for the conversion rate.

Shopware has a Javascript helper data-form-preserver which can help with 'preserving' the data when the page reloads.

The card component input fields are rendered within an iframe that is loaded from another domain (Adyen's servers). This is a security measure to ensure that sensitive payment information is never directly accessible on the merchant's front end. Instead, the data is securely handled and processed by Adyen. Due to these security restrictions, it is not possible to directly access or modify the input fields rendered within the iframe.
