Help us reproduce the bug
Version of the connector you are using:
Features/variables you have enabled (i.e. $enableAzureCognitiveServicesForNewWI): 1.4.5
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. SR Template to be applied without errors. Still examining surrounding context of this issue, hope to add more detail after more investigation.
Location and Environment
Where are you running this from? Task Scheduler? SMA? Workflow server?: SMA
What SCSM version are you running? (i.e. 2012R2, 2016, 2016 UR3, 1801, etc.): 1807
Additional context
Suspect that there may have been a DB deadlock that caused connections to SCSM to briefly fail. If true, the effects would have cascaded through the script each time a template or object (ticket in this case) variable was referenced. This caused the script to hang for 2 hours before it self-terminated. That behavior may be specific to SMA.
