Include Orion browser in filtered applications by default

Issue Details

Kagi's Orion browser is not included in the filtered applications (Settings > Network > Applications...) on AdGuard for Mac. It has to be manually added.

Proposed solution

Include the Orion browser in the filtered applications list and have it filtered by default.

Alternative solution

Detect the use of Orion and prompt the user to add Orion to their filtered applications manually.
