Connection status notification fails to disappear along with the AdGuard VPN application closing

Environment

Galaxy S21, Android 13
Pixel 8, Android 15

How to reproduce

Prerequisites

• Notifications are allowed for AdGuard VPN application
• User is logged in to any account
• AdGuard VPN application is not launched

Steps

1. Launch the AdGuard VPN application (Connection status notification should appear at this point)
2. Open system "Overview" screen
3. Swipe away the AdGuard VPN app
4. Expand the notifications curtain

Expected behaviour

Connection status notification has disappeared along with AdGuard VPN application closing

Actual behaviour

Connection status notification continues to be displayed

Additional info

This bug also reproduces in integration with AdGuard ad block application.
