Plugin not working in 'Open in New Window' mode

What happened?

When I use the 'open in new window' option in Obsidian to open a note, the Click Clack plugin does not function as expected. The sounds do not play in the new window, although they play fine in the main Obsidian window.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the plugin's sounds to play in notes opened in a new window as it does in the main Obsidian window.

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Open any note in Obsidian.
Right-click the note tab and select 'Open in new window'.
Type in the new window.
Observe that no sound plays.
