Stories:

As a user, I want to manage changes and versions of state-machines
As a user, I want to know how to handle breaking and non-breaking changes related to the inherent problem of distributed state-machine based on append-only-log.
As a user, I want to be made aware of problems described in the above points that I might not know about.

Spec:

Refer to the philosophy and general best practice of versioning.
Provide documentation on how to do versioning for machine runners
