Lora weight in Prompt or Config?

Which lora weight is considered while generating image? the one in the prompt lora:princess_xl_v2:0.9 Or in the config -> styles -> lora 100%
Lora does have its effect even if I do not mention lora:princess_xl_v2:0.9 like this on the prompt. Is there a hierarchy logic? eg: if not in the prompt, then check if it's present in the config -> style

Prompt lora are appended to style lora, and duplicates removed. So currently the style lora will "win". I guess the other way round would make more sense?
