[BUG] cannot update transactional journey that wasnt published due to missing transactionalEmail #1898

Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

workaround: delete the journey, which then lets mcdev create it again. during create, this wasn't a problem for some reason

possible Duplicate of

[BUG] re-deploying transactional send journey with "dependent transactionalEmail with definitionKey=... was not found on your BU" #1790

Expected Behavior

it should realize that the journey wasnt published and accept that there is no transactionalEmail yet
