more T5 foundation models in the eval sheet

For the T5 model family, since flan-T5 is already an instruction finetuned model family, it might be better to also compare these foundation models to T5-xxl-lm-adapt and T5-xl-lm-adapt, which are pretarined model without finetuning. Is it possible to add these foundation models as well?
