@markdturner Any updates on this? Do they have a backlog or something?

Spoken to the NUIT telephone service desk earlier this morning, they've apologised and the case has been escalated. The ticket hasn't been picked up by anyone and they don't know why. Someone is now on the case and I'm waiting for them to get back to me
