xpath-filter: pageUrlFilterRegex is broken due to misconfigured name #6

The configuration file for xpath-filter states:

However, in XPathIndexerProperties.java it is called urlFilterRegex instead of `pageUrlFilterRegex``.

The url filter is completely broken unless you use the incorrect name going against the configuration documentation.
