Problem

I started this Cookbook when Jekyll wasn't integrated into GitHub so there aren't any Jekyll files, it just compiles to vanilla Jekyll.

Solution

I'm adding a basic vanilla Markdown Cookbook Jekyll theme along with a donate page.
