Code bugs

• reopening the title editor will not show the last value of the title but only the first (bower update required to se changes)
• CSS Select HTML source editor conflicts with Stem editor (bower update required to se changes)
• CSS Select set solution on CSS select complains there is no solution
• CSS Select HTML source editor keeps appending <pre><code> around
• JSF reorder function Name (first) and test (second)
• JSF rename "functionName" -> "function name and signature"
• JSF rename "call with parameters" -> "test"
• Rating Cannot click on stars to enter solution
• Rating Make the Type an enum with only "stars", ready for the future
• Rating question Title -> stem everywhere
• Highlight highlight source missing font size
• SQL SQLite code editor adds <pre><code> to the SQL in the component and forgets the code when clicking on it again

Bugs that happen only on server

• reopening css editor freezes the whole thing
• bucket preview broken in bucket editor (cannot drag buckets)
• null in export without questions
• lazy loading buckets style does not show up
• Click/Hover on information icon of multiple answer does not do anything (remove icon?)
• CSS Select HTML source does not show up in the CSS select
• JSF preview of result shows [undefined:undefined] undefined]
• JSF no console output is logged
• Rating Stars do not appear
• Multichoice square checkboxes disappeared in the overview for multi-choice question

Features to implement (high priority)

• Escape should cancel modals
• Reorder labels in buckets editor like buckets can be reordered

Features to implement (low priority)

• when does the solution gets invalidated? (Set solution, what about Show solution? Clear solution)
• Which questions have a solution in the overview
• quick edit stem in place (click for rich editor)
• render user-friendly solution
• add a property to randomly sort buckets/labels
