highlight + js-function-body interference from localhost

Highlight will not properly initialize (from the localhost server) if in the previous slides there is a js-function-body.
Luckily the problem seems to go away if highlight is used first and js-function-body afterwards.
Also this does not seem to happen if the slides are served from the asq server.
