Decide on a policy and implement the following steps for all repos

Enforce dependency version checks
Run tests
Run linter
Bump version
Create a release branch (if needed, question elements may not need this) [format: Major.Minor.x]
Update Changelog
Update Docs (Has to be part of the repo)
Build the branch and deliver it (if necessary)
