Overview

We need to publish binaries for people to download and use Vorpal directly without compiling. This does not mean we need to support "EVERYTHING" just yet but simply get binaries in releases so Vorpal can be successfully downloaded and tested. KISS

Versions

We will need to handle for when main is merged and when we want to publish new stable versions. However, we will do that in another PR when we are more prepared to do so.
