建议附上对应浏览器的UA #29

只是将屏蔽996.icu的浏览器挂在这里起的作用不大，建议在列表跟上对应浏览器的UA，这样就可以用js识别它们，并且【阻止网页继续加载/弹窗提示/在网页顶部显示警告】，并号召大家放到个人博客等上，这样才能真正对用户选择浏览器产生影响，并且也能刷一下关注。

有些浏览器的UA没有特征（比如360）
