不是啊，欧朋浏览器是中国北京的欧朋公司的产品，opera是挪威的产品。

2016年，Opera浏览器惨遭卖身，被母公司Opera Software卖给了中国的昆仑万维和360——没错，正是大家熟悉的那个360。
