With Mozilla ending support for its location service (NixOS/nixpkgs#321121), for services like wlsunset or gammastep to be able to determine location, there should be an alternate location provider - ideally, not Google's.

https://beacondb.net/ seems like a reasonable option. Alternatively, relying on the presence of an Avahi device on the local network isn't entirely unreasonable.
