Fix balance error #375

Hi
User sent some LTC, LTC is visible from coin daemon site but not from exchange. When i tried to fix balance i got error

Fix balance error

Daemon also responds to getbalance command from CLI but not from exchange site :/ Other (3) coin daemons works (2) not works

What im doing wrong?
