Hi,

Wondering if this is intentional? I've assigned a new user the Support role, but when logged in, there's no menu/page for them to manage the support tickets...

Is there simply a way to allow "Administrator" all the abilities of the other roles?

I wish. Was looking into it until I realized how bad this exchange is when having thousands of users
