Enhancement: View displaying list of tables/schemas for which auditing is enabled

Hi,

I think it would be really useful to include a simple view that shows the tables for which auditing is enabled, as otherwise the only way of knowing is by looking at the triggers/constraints on each table. I've created this in our fork of the project at https://github.com/AstunTechnology/audit-trigger and opened pull request #33 to have this included in the origin fork.
