We haven't been able to run the latest version of RStudio on JupyterHub for quite some time - see jupyterhub/jupyter-rsession-proxy#97. Related upstream issue is rstudio/rstudio#8888.

It's very important that we find ways to keep this going, since first class RStudio support is an important part of what 2i2c offers.
