It's time to add Official Documentation for flare_flutter

I haven't been using Flare because of the lack of documentation. It has so much potential, but figuring out the code just from the examples is not good at all if you want companies to use it.

We hear you! We're working on improving this. We've been a tiny team so far, we're just starting to be able to dedicate time to this. We really want to get the developer experience right and we recognize that having great documentation is a big part of that.
