Add metadata to CSV export

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Once the CSV files are exported, it is difficult to find out what exact input lead to these data. It could be helpful to leave some hints in the same directory, including, among others, the information stored in the ContainerFlowProperties, i.e. start and end date.

A machine-readable metadata file is exported, maybe something like yaml?

Describe alternatives you've considered
Store the sqlitedb file alongside. This will contain ALL information for sure.
