在企业应用AI的过程中，需要的不止是对话问答流，真正需要的是将对话流变成有业务意义的工作流。
一个工作流会有多人参与，多次输入输出，如此编排形成一个原子工作流。
目前maxkb的对话流具备较好的灵活性，还支持丰富表单收集，已经初步具备业务工作流的形态。建议优化表单收集功能，实现完备的工作流。

1、收集表支持回调。可以通知其他业务系统收集数据。
2、收集表支持API调用，其他系统可以为对话实例的收集表节点提交数据，并继续对话流程执行。

At present, maxkb's dialogue flow has good flexibility, supports rich form collection, and has initially taken the form of a business workflow. It is recommended to optimize the form collection function to achieve a complete workflow.

1. The collection table supports callback. Other business systems can be notified to collect data.
2. The collection table supports API calls. Other systems can submit data for the collection table node of the dialogue instance and continue the dialogue process execution.
