Hi,
I was trying to call SNVs from our scRNAseq data using snpclust, and the process finished successfully. However, all the values in the likelihood matrix are negative. I am wondering how is the likelihood calculated and what does it mean if it is negative?
Thank you!
Best,
Kaiyang
