[BUG] Config errors cause the full config to be logged

Bug Report

It looks like if there is an issue with the config file, the full file is logged. The file might have keystore passwords and sensitive date in it, so the whole thing should probably not be logged:

Start the node with some kind of issue in the config file

Expected behavior

Ideally, it would log an error and maybe a pointer to the what the issue is.
