[Text is to the right and need to press the right to left button 2 times to put it to the left ]

Describe the bug
When i open the notepad my text is aligned to the right (I have line numbers) but the line numbers are to the right and when I press the right to left button 2 times it resets to the left

not even sure if its a public bug or is it just my pc
